I could take a vacation in Mexico cheap if I wanted. My mother-in-law lives in Mazatlan but I have not pulled away from my daily duties to visit her in the tropical paradise, not yet anyway. Even if I did not have a relative to stay with in Mexico I would still consider it one of the top spots for a cheap, relaxing and great place to visit. Somewhere where you could get 1st class accomodations and plenty of outdoor activities in like snorkeling, scuba diving, parasailing, surfing and fishing in for a pretty decent price.
